Jamie is the President of Sperry. Jamie's decades of executive experience, combined with his commitment to global railroad safety and innovation, shapes Sperry's strategic vision. Under Jamie's leadership, Sperry's focus on quality, reliability, and repeatability has resulted in valuable inspection services that are less disruptive to railroad operations through advanced high-speed technologies. He has an MBA from the Northwestern Kellogg School of Management with an undergraduate degree in Finance and Accounting from Boston College and a Master's degree from Pace University in New York. Jamie is a member of the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association.
Julie is Director, Global Project Management for Sperry. In this role, Julie brings her well-honed skills and over a decade of experience in project management, production, quality assurance, and engineering to direct the global project teams. She oversees project governance, oversight, scope, economics, and resourcing across multiple projects and work streams. Julie is a Six Sigma Certified Green Belt and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Simon is Vice President of Engineering for Sperry. Simon manages, supports, and provides direction to the Engineering team, ensuring timely project delivery and complete customer satisfaction. Simon has decades of experience in engineering innovation for the railway industry. Previous engineering roles include Network Rail, Railtrack and AEA Technology Rail. Simon has a BSc in Engineering.
In his role as Software Director, Dave is responsible for ensuring all digital solutions advance Rail Health®. He manages the creation of multi-technology knowledge-based systems that reduce operator dependency and help railroads manage risk. Dave and his group develop and support all of the test systems, the analysis and verification applications, as well as the IT systems and infrastructure. Dave has 23 years of experience in the design and development of rail inspection systems. He has a BSc in Engineering.
Robert is Sperry's Vice President of Global Business Development. Robert is responsible for driving Sperry's global growth by optimizing sales and marketing, building productive account relationships, and solving complex business challenges.
Robert has 15 years of experience in domestic and international business development and management in the transportation industry. Prior to joining Sperry, Robert held director and management roles at Sikorsky Aircraft, Sikorsky Aerospace Services, and Eaton Aerospace. Robert has a Bachelor's degree and an MS in Business Management.
In his role as Director of Global Innovation, Bobby leads Sperry in the continuing development of products and software applications aimed at advancing Rail Health. Bobby has over 25 years of innovation and engineering experience in railroads including designing infrastructure monitoring systems for track geometry recording, machine vision, and gauging. His background is in mathematics which he has used to develop algorithms for simulation and data analysis systems in rail, energy and building industries.
John is Director of Engineering for Sperry. He is responsible for overseeing the Engineering team in the research, development, and deployment of new technology and platforms. He has lead numerous innovations during his 10+ year tenure at Sperry, including ultrasonic, inductive, and vision systems. John has deep experience in design, manufacturing, production, and quality control spanning over two decades. He has a Master of Science, FEA certification and is a PhD candidate.
With over 15 years of experience working at Sperry, Shawn brings deep industry understanding to his role of Director, Global Analysis and Training. Shawn and his team manage the test data and service integrity operation for Sperry, ensuring that client needs are consistently met. Sean lead the effort to change service Integrity auditing for rail flaw detection from weekly to next day, which is now the industry standard. Shawn contributes his unique insights gained from working in the field to deliver customer and employee training programs at the Sperry School of Rail Testing.
Bonnie brings over 20 years of experience working for Sperry to her role as Human Resources Manager. Bonnie is responsible for employee relations and development as well as implementing policy that supports operational goals. She advances Sperry's culture of teamwork and collaboration while ensuring critical safety, performance, and compliance requirements are achieved. Bonnie has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and is working on her MBA.
Rachael is Director, Global Quality for Sperry and has been with the company for over a decade. She is responsible for implementing processes and empowering the Global Quality Team to ensure Sperry maintains its position as industry leader in product quality and reliability. She also champions continuous quality improvement via a collaborative, proactive, and data-driven approach. Rachael has a B Eng in Engineering, is a Six Sigma Certified Green Belt and holds ASNT certifications in ultrasonics and eddy current.
As Vice President of Risk Management for Sperry, Frank is committed to reducing the risk of service failure within the industry by developing innovative solutions that optimize Sperry's market-leading detection technology. Frank is a recognized expert in the field, with over 30 years of rail flaw detection and railroad experience. He is a member of AREMA and other railroad-specific organizations.
Justin is Sperry's Director of European Business and Operations. Justin is responsible for delivering Sperry's high quality, safety critical service to countries throughout Europe.
Justin has over 19 years of Engineering, Operational and leadership experience working on Sperry global projects in Europe, US, Australia, India and China. Prior to joining Sperry, Justin worked in the medical industry and has 30 combined years in safety critical engineering roles. Justin has an Engineering Bachelor's degree from UEA and an MBA from University of Manchester, UK.
